Terms of Service

These terms govern the KoolSig beta operated by John McLaughlin in Florida, United States. By using KoolSig, you agree to them.

Beta service

KoolSig is currently operated as a beta. Some access may be invite-only or free, and paid plans may be offered as described on the Pricing page. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued. Do not rely on KoolSig as the sole copy of important data.

Paid plans and sponsor pools

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Sponsor access is a one-time account upgrade on top of an active paid subscription and may also require a separately funded signup pool before a referral campaign starts. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund information is listed on the Pricing page.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your Google account, the accuracy of your Profile, and ensuring you have the right and consent to upload and publish every photo, link, and contact detail. You retain ownership of your content and grant KoolSig the limited permission necessary to process, host, display, and deliver it.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe rights, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, or use KoolSig for spam, fraud, harassment, or deceptive tracking. We may suspend Accounts or remove content to protect the service and its users.

Hosted links and analytics

Signature images and tracked links depend on KoolSig availability. Usage totals are estimates affected by caching, proxies, scanners, blocked images, repeated visits, and cleared cookies. They are not verified recipient identities or guaranteed email-open measurements.

No warranties

KoolSig is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee compatibility with every email client, uninterrupted service, or any business result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KoolSig and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid KoolSig during the preceding twelve months.

Ending use

You may request deletion at any time. KoolSig may suspend access for abuse or end the beta. Inactivity by itself never triggers automatic suspension or deletion.

Governing law and contact
