KoolSig is operated by John McLaughlin in Florida, United States. This draft describes the beta product as currently designed and should be reviewed before broad public release.

Information we collect

We collect the Google identity information needed to sign you in, the professional contact information and photos you provide, Public Page links, invitation and Event Campaign attribution, and aggregate usage information.

Public information

Published profile photos, Public Pages, signature images, and tracked redirects are available without authentication. Do not publish information you do not want recipients and Public Page visitors to see.

Analytics

KoolSig records aggregate signature-image requests, Public Page visits, Estimated Unique Visitors, link clicks, and acquisition sources. Estimated Unique Visitors use a random first-party KoolSig browser identifier. We do not use cross-site tracking, retain raw IP addresses for analytics, identify email recipients, or claim that an image request proves a person opened an email.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure KoolSig, host published assets, report aggregate activity, operate invitations and Event Campaigns, detect misuse, and contact beta users manually about product adoption.

Retention and deletion

Requesting deletion disables hosted assets and links immediately. Data remains recoverable for 30 days and is then scheduled for permanent removal. Aggregate operational records may remain where required for security or legal obligations.

Service providers and transfers

Local development uses local infrastructure. Production providers will be listed here before launch. Information may be processed in the United States.

You can edit published information, export your account data, or request deletion from Account settings. For privacy questions, contact support@koolsig.com.
